Amelia, who came on the stage in tears, recounted how she went to the police even though she believed it was someone in the family.
But her tears soon turned to anger and she shouted at her daughter-in-law Sharon and accused her of being a ‘liar’ repeatedly.
Cheryl denied stealing the money and she did a lie detector test and the results showed she was telling the truth. Some Jeremy Kyle viewers didn’t believe Cheryl was part of the family and said she must be ‘adopted’

Joelle Hughes, from Kent, appeared on the show to talk about her troubled relationship with her ex-boyfriend
Viewers praised her as an ‘absolute stunner’ and were too distracted by her appearance
Jeremy urged the grandmother to make things better, but Amelia was still insistent that ‘too many lies have been told’ as she attempted an apology.
The show tweeted an updated about the situation between Amelia and Cheryl, revealing that the pair have not spoken since.
It’s not the first time viewers have been enamoured with a guest. In July Joelle Hughes, from Kent, appeared on the show to talk about her troubled relationship with her ex-boyfriend, who is also the father of her child.
But viewers were too distracted by her model looks to pay attention to her story, with many tweeting about her and one called her an ‘absolute stunner.’
