Justin Timberlake is reportedly being sued over his song Suit & Tie.
The 34-year-old is being sued by 1970s group Sly, Slick and Wicked over a vocal sample used by the singer and Jay Z in their hit track, reports TMZ.
The band says Justin’s record label paid to sample the music, but not the vocals, from their 1973 song Sho’ Nuff, reports the gossip site.

They are seeking payment from the record label, music publishers and Anheuser-Busch, who used the R&B hit for a beer commercial, TMZ reports.
Suit & Tie was recorded by Justin for his The 20/20 Experience album, which came out in 2013, and was released by RCA Records.
The track, which features rapper Jay Z as a guest vocalist and co-writer, hit number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in the US, and was a number one hit in the UK.

The original song, Sho’ Nuff, was released by R&B and soul group Sly, Slick and Wicked in 1973 and produced by soul legend James Brown.
Band members John Wilson, Charles Still and Terrence Stubbs were credited as co-writers on Suit & Tie, which was produced by Timbaland.
However, the band claims the record label never paid for use of their vocals, and are seeking damages.
It’s not the first lawsuit stemming from Justin’s The 20/20 Experience album.
