Get ready to welcome a new It Girl – Lady Amelia Windsor, the first young Royal to grace the cover of Tatler since Princess Eugenie turned 18 in 2008.
Lady Amelia, 20, a granddaughter of the Queen’s cousin, the Duke of Kent, and daughter of the Earl and Countess of St Andrews, fronts April’s issue of the society bible.

The Edinburgh University student is said to be as fashion conscious as her aunt Lady Helen Taylor, once a brand ambassador for Armani.
When Amelia ‘came out’ at a debutante ball in Paris three years ago, she wore a daring silver dress.
I would kill for a money-can’t-buy seat on the front row of tonight’s Bafta awards, but the Academy’s president, Prince William, is leaving his seat empty.
For the second year in a row William has politely declined his invitation to the ceremony as he is ‘away’.
Toe-curling situation: Rapper Tinie Tempah high fives with Prince William at the BAFTA Awards in 2014

Bafta chief executive Amanda Berry was keen to point out that William is very helpful all year round and is not obliged to attend. Next time I think it only fair that he offers up his seat to people in the rows behind… like me!

No one man has spent more on food in the capital. He recently opened Sexy Fish, a new £20 million restaurant in Berkeley Square with Damien Hirst sculptures, which David and Samantha Cameron visited just before Christmas.
The pair, who have two sons, remain on amicable terms. They declined to comment on their new status.
A close friend said: ‘Richard and Jackie are incredibly close friends and will do everything to support each other.’
