The girl who Madonna stripped on stage, pulling her top down and exposing her breast at her Rebel Hearts concert in Brisbane on Thursday night, has been identified as 17-year-old teenager Josephine Georgiou.
The Gold Coast-based model says she doesn’t think the incident is such ‘a big deal’ after her modesty was revealed by the Queen of Pop in front of thousands of fans.
She told the Courier Mail: ‘Only I get to decide if I’m humiliated or not – why would people assume I am humiliated by my own breast, nipple or body?’

The teenager says she doesn’t think the incident is such ‘a big deal’ and said ‘only I get to decide if I’m humiliated or not’
The 17 year-old model told the Courier Mail ‘why would people assume I am humiliated by my own breast, nipple or body?’
‘I didn’t realise my boob was such a big deal – it was nothing to me,’ she added.
The young fan, who was wearing her mother’s leather corset-style top at the time, told the publication that she suffered a wardrobe malfunction and the only reason she looked so ‘surprised’ was because she was standing alongside her favourite idol.
Ms Georgiou told Channel Ten’s The Project that she thought ‘she was going mental’ when she saw Madonna look at her.
‘I swear I saw Madonna look at me and smile and like notice me and then talk to some guys on the side of the stage and then were looking at me,’ she said.
‘They looked like they were talking about me and then ten minutes later this woman said, hey, do you like dancing? Do you know this song? Madonna has a fan come up every show.
‘So, yeah. That’s how I ended up there.’
The teenager was plucked from the side of the stage after she had earlier swapped her $99 tickets for better $500 tickets at the runway with someone at the gate, she told the Courier Mail.

The teenager said the only reason she looked so ‘surprised’ at the time was because she was standing alongside her favourite idol
When questioned by The Project if she knew what was going to happen onstage, Ms Georgiou said she was told she would get up, dance with Madonna, that Madonna would spank her, they would walk down the runway together, flip off the audience together and the she would go crazy and do her own thing.
Presenters on The Project then asked her about how she felt the moment her breast was exposed, and how she felt now.
‘Ah it was nothing. It was so nothing. It was just a funny little slip-up, that was it. If anything it was a bonding moment with Madonna,’ she said.
‘It was so nothing to me. And then like this morning at work, my phone was blowing up. I was like, what is happening?
‘It’s ridiculous to me it’s like, it’s such a big deal right now.’
After the concert Josephine Georgiou’s mother Toni posted that Madonna had just spanked her daughter
Later Josephine Georgiou’s mother posted on Facebook that her daughter ‘was thrilled to bits and had the time of her life’
The teenager was wearing a leather corset with nipple rings on it while onstage and said the incident was definitely an accident.
‘Yes, totally was, definitely was, I was wearing a leather corset, with nipple rings on it, she was holding onto the ring,’ she told The Project.
‘As she (Madonna) was talking, she was moving, it was tugged a bit but I didn’t mind and then one was too much.’
Ms Georgiou then went on to say that it was ‘just Madonna’ and ‘a totally comfortable situation’.
‘It was so fine. Like, it was nothing. It was not a big deal. It’s just my boob, it’s just part of my body, it’s just more of me,’ she said.
‘It was seriously, nothing, I didn’t think of it until everyone totally freaked out about it. It’s so ridiculous to me I’m on TV for having a breast.’
Madonna said to Josephine while she was on stage: ‘She’s the kind of girl that you just want to slap on the a** and pull…,’ as she tore down the the teen’s corset-style top

Josephine Georgiou said Madonna was calling her a Victoria’s Secret model the whole time she was on stage, which she described as ‘so flattering’
Ms Georgiou said the Material Girl star had ‘noticed’ her during the show, and she was then invited to get up on stage by a member of her entourage.
Once she was there, Madonna said: ‘She’s the kind of girl that you just want to slap on the a** and pull…,’ as she tore down the the teen’s corset-style top.
The superstar added: ‘Oh s**t.’ ‘Oh sorry, sexual harassment.’
‘You can do the same to me if you like… you want to make my hole big again?’ she continued, gesturing towards her nether regions.

Ms Georgiou (right) told The Project she was comfortable in the situation, saying ‘I think that the other person can kind of feel whether you’re comfortable or not as well’
She also said she honestly thought Madonna didn’t do anything wrong, describing the incident to The Project as ‘a total accident’ and that she was ‘100 per cent cool with it’
The Queensland-based aspiring young actress says despite Australian law deeming it a crime to touch someone indecently without their consent, she would never sue the pop star.
Ms Georgiou’s mother Toni posted on Facebook: ‘Madonna just spanked my daughter, so proud’.
She also posted ‘Just so everyone knows, Josephine wasn’t ‘humiliated’ like the media are reporting. She was thrilled to bits and had the time of her life #rebelheart #bitchimmadonna’.
‘Seriously, why would I sue Madonna for the best moment of life?’ Ms Georgiou said.

Madonna’s behaviour has become increasingly erratic during her world tour, which has been overshadowed by a highly-publicised custody battle with ex-husband Guy Ritchie over their 15-year-old son, Rocco.
Concerts have been marred by mumbling lyrics, late starts and stumbling choreography. In one show she begged: ‘Someone please f*** me’, while swigging from a fan’s hip flask.
A woman renowned for her self-control, Madonna’s mental state currently appears fragile. She is evidently devastated at her estrangement from her son.
Quality time: Guy Ritchie and Rocco were pictured enjoying a bike ride together in London last weekend
Shocked: The brunette teen was plucked out of the audience during the Queen of Pop’s Rebel Hearts show
After spending time with Ritchie and his new wife Jacqui Ainsley, 34, in London at the start of the Christmas holidays, the teenager refused to return to his mother in the US.
In a performance last week Madonna showed images of her son on a giant projector.
It was previously reported that the popstar has told friends she has ‘lost the battle’ and conceded her son did not want to live with her.

A High Court judge has to decide whether English proceedings should draw to a close or whether he should make decisions about Rocco’s welfare.
Earlier this month he said it was ‘highly unfortunate and deeply regrettable’ that the ‘unfortunate family dispute’ between the parties had arisen.
Madonna wants to continue with one set of proceedings in New York which are due to resume in June.

One concertgoer took to social media to poke fun at empty seats at the Entertainment Centre, sharing a picture alongside the words: ‘Oh wow. She wasn’t kidding. I’ve seen bigger crowds at a pub. #Madonna.’
The same fan later added: ‘Lots of coloured empty seats for #Madonna. This actually makes me sad.’
Following her extremely late arrival at Wednesday night’s concert in Brisbane, fans were offered refunds ahead of Thursday’s show as Madonna was expected to be late on stage again.
Earlier on in the night, Live Nation – promoters of the Rebel Heart tour – pre-warned ticket holders that the show wasn’t guaranteed to start at 9pm.

‘Madonna’s Rebel Heart performance will proceed this evening in Brisbane. Following a late start last night, fans should note, the timing for tonight’s performance may also be delayed,’ the statement from Live Nation read on Facebook.
‘Additionally, due to the original date change of the concert in Brisbane, fans who require a ticket refund for this evening’s performance may do so today.’
The statement came after concertgoers were told the songstress wouldn’t appear on stage at the Entertainment Centre on Wednesday until 10.30pm, but were then left waiting another hour before the star started the performance at 11.22pm.

The Wednesday concert finished after the final train service (12.17am) and fans were warned to take this into account when organising their homeward journey on Thursday night.
‘We encourage concertgoers to keep this in consideration when making arrangements to get home safely,’ the statement from Live Nation added.
During Wednesday’s show, Madonna had made light of her tardiness. ‘It’s you people that get here early, that’s the problem,’ she quipped.
Fans also complained of lip syncing and a lackluster effort from the 57-year-old pop icon during Wednesday’s show.

‘Stay home, do your hair and makeup, have a tequila. Roll yourself a fat one.’
And during Thursday’s show, fans claimed that Madonna also poked jibes at the ‘late police’.
One Twitter follower shared: ‘Quote of the night from @Madonna. .. ‘after the late police put me in jail for life!!!”. Gold!.’
Delays during the Wednesday show is believed to have cost Madonna tens of thousands of dollars in wages for event staff, police, ushers, security, parking attendants and caterers plus refunds to almost 100 patrons.

Following the concert, fans took to social media sites to reveal their annoyance and vent their frustration, with one calling the super star an ‘inconsiderate diva’.
‘It doesn’t make you more of a rock star to be late to your own concert,’ one tweeted. ‘It makes you an inconsiderate diva.
‘I could have seen #LadyInTheVan in the time I will spend waiting for #Madonna to show up to #RebelHeartTour which would have been great.’
‘Madonna not getting on the Boondall stage until at least 10:30pm…,’ said another. ‘I am ‘this close’ to selling my ticket for tomorrow night. Too old 4 this.’
Downcast: Madonna was seen looking deflated arriving for her concert in Brisbane on Wednesday
All the glitters: When she finally turned up on Wednesday, she was seen entertaining fans on stage in sparkly leotards
Although several fans of the star were angry, some jumped to Madonna’s defence.
An audience member remarked: ‘They announced @Madonna won’t be on before 10:30. I don’t f****** care I’ve waited 23 years what’s a few hours more. #myqueen #madonna.’
But one picture which appeared on social media seemed to show disappointed crowd members leave the venue and head to the ticket office for a refund.
With tickets worth approximately $600, it is not yet known whether guests were given a refund.
Daily Mail has contacted a representative for the star for comment.

Prior to that, she arrived for her performance close to midnight (three hours late) during her concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines.
And in January she was two hours late for the third time in one week during the American-leg of her Rebel Heart tour.
Elsewhere, for her one-off Tears Of A Clown show in Melbourne, Madonna fans were only allowed into the theatre space shortly before midnight – nearly four hours later than scheduled.
The doors were supposed to open half an hour before her free stand-up gig – a mixture of comedy, story-telling and music – planned to start at 9pm.
