In my personal opinion it's all about techinic and what your coaches teach you, my coach was a weightlifter and he corrects me everytime I do something wrong, and no one I known has had an injury in crossfit. I belive crossfitters are really nice people, and yes we like to talk about crossfit, but just a someone who does Football, basketball, etc like to talk about their sport.
